• A complete physical exam of the newborn for a thorough check-up and early detection of any health issues or abnormalities. Our healthcare professionals carefully examine each body system to ensure optimal development.

• Vital signs evaluation:

  • Temperature stable at 97°F to 98.6°F36.1°C to 37°C

  • Heart rate 120 to 160 beats per minute during activity, slower when sleeping

  • Respiratory rate 40 to 60 breaths per minute

  • Systolic blood pressure: 60 to 80

  • Diastolic blood pressure: 30 to 45

  • Oxygen saturation typically around 95 to 100 on room r

• General appearance, including activity level and alertness

• Skin examination color, texture, nl condition, presence of rashes

• Assessment of head shape molding, fontanels, and clavicles

• Facial features like eyes, ears, nose, cheeks, presence of red reflex in the eyes

• Oral cavity observation palate, tongue, throat

• Inspection of lungs with breath sounds, breathing pattern

• Cardiovascular examination: Heart sounds, femoral pulse

• Abdominal assessment for masses or hernias

• Genital and anal area checking for urine and stool passage, ger-appropriate genital formation

• Neurologic evaluation including tone and neonatal reflexes
